We are gearing up to make our move to our NextHome on Main St in beautiful Downtown Northville! To date we’ve been enjoying our temporary offices on 135 E Cady St while our NextHome at 332 E Main St is getting completely redone from the inside out and ready for us to move in. To say we are excited would be an understatement, as are rapidly outgrowing our current office!
The building we are moving in to on Main St is in the historic district and has been through a series of design approvals to ensure that the history that we are so proud of is preserved. Our new building has been home to several businesses prior to ours and has a resident apartment in the upper level. Once we move over, our partners at Summit Funding and First Centennial Title will also have representatives joining us in office to make us a one stop shop for all things real estate in Northville. And we will have onsite parking and be conveniently located one house away from Starbucks!
We have begun planning our Grand Opening party, and you won’t want to miss it! The date is still TBD at this time while our crew works diligently on wrapping up the project, but you can join our mailing list to keep you updated and among the first to know the date once it’s set.
It is time for the 6th Annual Skeletons Are Alive event in Downtown Northville. It is an event where local businesses participate in decorating skeletons and bringing them to life for the month of October, creating festive fun and photo opportunities all around. This is our first year participating in the event and we are starting it off with a BANG! We are the presenting sponsor’s of the event and will be on stage for the Launch on Friday October 5th, 2018.
The official Launch Party is from 5-9pm in the Town Square and we’ll be there as a team handing out bright orange trick-or-treat bags, candy, and balloons to all those who come and see us. We will be easy to spot, we’ll be the ones with all of the orange and white balloons near the stage – and we can’t wait to see everyone!
Our skeleton will also be debuted and will be hanging out in front of our NEW offices at 332 E Main St, so be sure to stop by and check her out and grab a photo! You can tag your photos on social media with #nexthomeapr and we’ll be sure to check them out. Our Main St location won’t be open for business until later this Fall, but a big party will be on the schedule as soon as renovation concludes – and you won’t want to miss it.
